These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of vans through our website www.pacelcv.com and apply to all transactions made by consumers and businesses in the United Kingdom.

• All vans are described as accurately as possible. Specifications, mileage, and condition are provided in good faith.
• Listings may be updated or withdrawn at any time without notice.

• All prices are in GBP (£) and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.
• A deposit may be required to reserve a vehicle. Deposits are typically non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Full payment must be received before collection or delivery. We accept bank transfer only.

• Viewings and test drives are available by appointment.
• Customers are encouraged to inspect vehicles before purchase. Vehicles are sold as seen unless otherwise agreed.

• Used vans are sold “as-is” unless a warranty is explicitly provided.
• Any warranty terms will be detailed in the sales invoice or contract.
• We are not liable for wear and tear or faults arising after delivery unless covered by warranty.

• Vans can be collected from our premises or delivered across the UK at an additional cost.
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

• If you are a consumer purchasing online or by phone, you have a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
• This right does not apply to business buyers or vehicles purchased in person.
• To cancel, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition, and return costs are your responsibility.

• We will provide a V5C logbook (where available), MOT certificate, and service history (if applicable).
• Ownership transfers upon full payment and handover of the vehicle.

• We comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
• Your personal data is used only to process your order and manage your account. See our [Privacy Policy] for details.

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
• Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the vehicle.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
